A women's association rooted in the everyday life of our community

Udruženje žena "Ustikolina" is a dedicated non-profit organization based in Bosnia & Herzegovina, committed to fostering gender equality, economic independence, and social inclusion for women across our region. Through skill-building, community support, and sustainable development initiatives, we transform challenges into opportunities for women and their families.

We work directly with women in Trebinje and the surrounding regions — in workshops, classrooms, kitchens and living rooms — turning traditional knowledge and new skills into real income, confidence and representation.

We do not offer short-term charity; we build long-term capacity. Our programs are designed to give women permanent skills and the confidence to support themselves and inspire others.
